Privacy Policy

The app and website are operated by lifeX Studios. They are independent tools for viewing publicly available Kerala State Lottery results and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Directorate of State Lotteries, Government of Kerala.

• Lottery results and schedules you request from our servers (public draw data).
• Ticket numbers you enter or save in the app. Saved tickets are stored on your device; checks are sent to our API only to match against published results.
• Camera access, if you grant it, to scan ticket text (OCR). Images are processed on your device for recognition; we do not upload ticket photos to our servers unless you later submit something through an in-app flow that clearly says so.
• Push notification tokens (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send draw reminders or result alerts you opt into.
• Basic app analytics (via Google Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics on the website), such as screen views and feature usage, to understand stability and improve the product.
• Standard technical data such as app version, device type, and language preference needed to run the service.

• To show lottery results, schedules, and blog content you request.
• To check ticket numbers against published winning numbers.
• To send notifications you enable (for example, reminders for a draw).
• To fix bugs, measure performance, and improve features.

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including hosting (for our API and website) and Google Firebase / Google Analytics for messaging and analytics. Those providers process data under their own terms and security controls. We may disclose information if required by law.

Saved tickets and local preferences remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Server logs and analytics are kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, and product improvement, then deleted or aggregated.

We use industry-standard practices such as HTTPS for network traffic. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please keep your device updated and do not share winning tickets publicly before claiming.

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

You can deny camera or notification permission in system settings, clear saved tickets in the app, or uninstall the app. For privacy requests (access or deletion of account-linked data we hold on our servers), email privacy@lifex.biz.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app or site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
